Our vision is to stay as a reliable vendor in developing fast, useful, affordable and scalable enterprise based software services that can provide solutions for most of the challenges faced in the global business scenario. Our goal is to deliver web-based specialized services which helps Business to be More Efficient and thus become a leader in the enterprise computing market.

MO: What inspired you to launch your business?

Farooq: Being an Entrepreneur from India, I was always worried about hearing my country is reasonably weak in focusing on Product oriented concepts. India is the country where there is no short supply of talents, and I wished to utilize those talents to make a simple yet powerful solution for a problem which is tried out by many companies all over the world over the years, the issue of managing team workflow.

MO: What issue does your core product help solve and how so?

Farooq: People love to work as a team, however managing the workflow while working together is not that easy for anyone. Everybody uses different applications for managing the workflow such as emails, chat applications, project management tools, Content sharing tools etc and this results in scattered contents and conversations. People won’t be able to remember who said what, when and where. Well this is the Problem that Dotmach is trying to solve.

Dotmach is a cloud based work management application which help teams to work together better. We tried to unify the key requirements a team or an organization such as Social Interaction, Content Collaboration, Communication with everyone, Task management on a simple single platform to do great things. Using our application the whole work resources of any kind of organisation can be brought to a single place to manage and organize to keep a structured workflow. It’s a perfect solution for teams to avoid the frustration of switching from one app to another which kills time and productivity at workplace to get work done.

MO: What’s the most exciting thing on the horizon for you/your Company?

Farooq: I am excited to see Dotmach’s capability in resulting productivity by solving “the core issues while working together as a team” in an effortless fashion through a simple single platform. The feedback from my happy customer base suggests that Dotmach is really in it’s hunt to abolish the frustration of using multiple applications to manage team workflow.

MO: Do you consider yourself successful and by what means do you measure success?

Farooq: Success is neither a destination nor an achievement, But it’s a consistent journey guided by vision, hard work, will power and passion, to attain and accomplish milestones in life. I just started my journey and there is a long way to go.

MO: How do your competitors view you?

Farooq: I don’t know how my competitors view me, But I guess the game is on for all of us, for me they are my opportunities. Without competition we will only settle for mediocrity and like how much competition is inside us, so is the innovation that we we do not stop changing.

MO: What advice do you have for other entrepreneurs and business owners? What do you wish someone told you?

Farooq: Just believe in yourself. Be Passionate on what you doing, Find Co-Founders who are equally passionate and 100% committed. One More – Team is everything, So Focus hard on building a solid team.
