“A strong product is truly the key to success. If your product in the end isn’t useful for anyone, then it’s not going to take off. We were able to find a product many people want, so we’ve found success.”

Fernando Cuscuela is the Co-founder and CEO of Everypost. Everypost is the easiest and most convenient social media publishing tool for content publishers that allows you to post multimedia content across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and many others in an all-in-one tool. Their software can help automate the use of social media, which in turn will distribute content more widely in the long run and help to reach a broader audience.

Everypost has found great success early on. When users search for their competition, ‘Hootsuite’ in the app store, Everypost comes up first. Why? Because the team has made an incredibly product in six languages that meets a need.

BusinessInterviews.com: What inspired to you to launch Everypost?

Fernando: I was inspired by a real problem – trying to post on multiple social platforms at the same time. I wanted to be able to put a post on not just Facebook, but on Twitter and other sites simultaneously. We then realized there is a market opportunity since the current players haven’t offered this yet, so we launched Everypost.

BusinessInterviews.com: Can you expand on the development process behind Everypost, any challenges that you encountered and how you overcame them?

Fernando: Working to make each post as a social network native post is a real challenge. Working with APIs seems easy, but it’s not if you want to make a perfect implementation in every platform. We’ve struggled with that because we want to make the user experience as seamless and easy as possible. We’re in six languages as well, which is great because it opens our market, but it can be difficult as well.

BusinessInterviews.com: How have you managed to gain such an impressive amount of traction against your main competitor in just 6 months against 3 years of launching?

Fernando: We did a lot of SEO work from the beginning – if you choose the right keywords and descriptions it’s a great marketing strategy. Also we have a really strong product so we got many positive ratings and reviews. A strong product is truly the key to success. If your product in the end isn’t useful for anyone, then it’s not going to take off. We were able to find a product many people want, so we’ve found success.

BusinessInterviews.com: I enjoyed a recent article on your blog and was wondering if you could share your views on ways social networks can increase business productivity?

Fernando: Many businesses think that social media detracts from business productivity, when in fact social networks can work to improve it. Social media provides fast information, the ability to find referrals and crowdsource, and get in front of your consumers. Without it, it’s really hard to get feedback on your product. And with no feedback, how can you really improve what you are making?

BusinessInterviews.com: What are some trends in your industry that you’re excited about or think that our readers should be paying attention to?

Fernando: Creating and sharing unique and valuable content is now and will continue to be the key to social media. Content is King! Figuring out what information people will be searching for and providing them with that information is the real trick. It’s getting ahead of the trends in terms of content.

BusinessInterviews.com: What foundations are you laying in order to achieve your goal of becoming the largest Social Content Management tool in the Social Marketing industry?

Fernando: The answer is simple: Content. Everypost will focus all its efforts on bringing the best experience to create better content. We are going to stay on top of all social media trends and anticipate future ones in order to recommend how to create the best content.
