Jason Arena, Vice President, Brand Strategy and Marketing, KSC Kreate
Jason Arena brings to the team, two decades of experience in brand building and identity development. As Vice President of Brand Strategy and Marketing, Jason is charged with guiding the KSC brand for future growth as well as developing high-level branding strategies for select clients. Jason’s expertise with strategic brand identity and brand eco-systems combined with a foundation in design for commercial products and packaging provide an important and unique perspective for customer-facing clients across all industries.
Prior to his role at KSC, Jason held several creative and management positions in both an agency and corporate setting. His career began at Macey Noyes Associates, where he started as a graphic designer before transitioning into roles as Creative Director and ultimately President of the firm. Under Jason’s leadership, Macey Noyes grew from a six-person operation to a 35 person mid-size agency servicing clients such as Motorola, Iomega, Duracell, and Altec Lansing. Jason then transitioned to an internal position at Office Depot’s headquarters, building and managing an in-house brand development and design team to support their private brand initiative. There Jason realized he thrived in a corporate setting that offered the opportunity to cultivate brand strategy and guide its manifestation from the inside. This in-turn drove him to accept a position with Bayer Healthcare as Global Vice President of Design and Packaging. Jason held this role for two years, managing all brand design activities for the company’s $1B Diabetes Care Division, before joining KSC.
Jason is a graduate of Parsons School of Design, and comes from a family of graphic designers. A Greenwich, Connecticut native, Jason enjoys international travel for work and play and tries to visit a different, exotic destination each year. When he’s not traveling, Jason can be found taking advantage of the south Florida lifestyle on the beach, tennis court, and golf course
