Brad: I wanted to create a Brokerage that not only helped people achieve their goals with real estate, but also empowered agents to be successful. The company’s success is based on the success of the agents that work here.

BusinessInterviews.com: Do you have any recent success stories that you’d like to share with our readers?

Brad: Yes! This is a typical story at my company, but I recently hired a “green” agent who had been with another company. He’d been working in real estate for 6 months and had very little success. After adopting our formula for lead generation and forced market knowledge, he is now an elite producer with the company. A little motivation and the right tools can go a long way!

Brad: Growth. Austin, TX is one of the hottest real estate markets and fastest growing cities in the country. As the city grows and as our company grows, I’ve excited to see what the future brings.

Brad: As any business owner who loves their business, I hope for the best. All I want is for the agents who work here to be as successful as they want to be. I hope in 5, 10, and 20 years Pauly Presley Realty still has a stellar reputation and a great sales team.

BusinessInterviews.com: What’s the biggest risk that you’ve ever taken and how did it turn out?

Brad: One aspect of our business is helping investors/builders acquire lots and tear downs for infill new constriction development.

BusinessInterviews.com: Adam Zell and I decided to try it ourselves. We purchased a tear down home/lot and constructed a beautiful contemporary house… we sold it in a week!
