Internationally Rick earned the Best Speaker Award at the “You Learn Twit Face” international social media conference held in Dubai. Rick’s upcoming 2012 speaking engagements take him back to Dubai with stops in the UK and India. Rick frequently serves as a subject-matter expert resource for both online and offline social marketing reporters and bloggers.

Prior to co-founding a Southern California-based personal development and corporate training firm in 1992, Rick was a senior trainer for 12 years with a nationally respected seminar company. He received his BSBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 1990 and continued his studies in Communications and Psychology at the University of Southern California.  He has trained thousands of individuals over his career.

Born and raised in Mexico City, Rick speaks five languages and has traveled to 43 countries facilitating learning vacations. He currently plays on a nationally-ranked tournament baseball team. Rick resides in La Jolla, California with his wife and two daughters.
