WM Design House is a newer company (started in 2010). It’s principles have been in fashion and marketing businesses for over a decade.

MO: What inspired you to launch your business?

David: Wendy saw a need for a type of bag that would have a dual purpose. Being able to travel and use a larger bag to carry necessary items with the ability to have a smaller bag for evening use. Our brand is dual purpose.

MO: Do you have any recent success stories that you’d like to share with our readers?

David & Wendy: WM Design House has been picked up by Fred Segal’s in Santa Monica and Brentwood as well as several large hotel/casinos out of state.

MO: What issue does your core product help solve and how so?

David & Wendy: Our product is a very high end designer handbag at very reasonable prices. Our bags all have a magical transformation creating a dual purpose aspect. All of our bags convert and transform in some way. They are fashionable and functional.

Our bags are very engaging in that by themselves the designs are attractive. When the transformational aspect about the bag is explained, the response is even more delightful.

MO: What has been your biggest challenge as a business owner and how have you met that challenge?

David & Wendy: Our biggest challenges have been keeping pricing reasonable at lower production numbers.

MO: What’s the most exciting thing on the horizon for you/your Company?

David & Wendy: The company is growing slowly and steadily. We are getting more press and visibility which is moving our brand forward.
