You’re ruined for life once you really know and experience how a virtual assistant really works as an extension of who you are as a leader

eaHELP, LLC is part of the parent company Miles Advisory Group, Inc. (Miles AG) which was created when founders (and husband and wife team) Bryan and Shannon Miles saw a need in the market for an alternative, virtual workforce model, and launched in December 2010 to provide virtual executive assistants to business leaders around the country.

The virtual assistant model quickly gained momentum, as corporations, C-level executives, and small business owners reached out to eaHELP for their administrative staffing needs. Miles AG spun off the virtual assistant service line as eaHELP in January 2012.

Today, eaHELP is the leading virtual assistant provider in the United States, matching experienced virtual assistants with customers across dozens of industries. Under eaHELP President Tricia Sciortino (the very first Virtual Assistant ever hired by eaHELP!), eaHELP has walked alongside leaders in the U.S. and globally to help them achieve the personal and professional results they’ve always dreamed were possible. Every leader thrives with the support of an intentionally matched, exceptional virtual assistant.

BusinessInterviews.com: Do you have any recent success stories that you’d like to share with our audience?

Bryan:  In 2015, we were named to Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 500 list at number 131.  Our ranking is beyond what we ever dreamed was possible when we started eaHELP nearly five years ago. We knew that we had an idea the market would respond to, and thanks to the incredible efforts of the entire eaHELP team, We joined the ranks of some of the fastest growing companies in the country.

BusinessInterviews.com:  What issue does your core product help solve and how so?

Bryan:  Our core service serves the Leader in both professional and personal admin needs simultaneously. A leader is a leader when they go home too. Our virtual assistants are all US-based, thoroughly vetted, and top-notch professionals. Whether it is serving a leader by managing projects, seeing things through, managing meetings and calendars, acting as “air traffic control” over your email, or scheduling your kid’s dentist appointment, when you get a virtual assistant from eaHELP it is relief. Your friends will be jealous. It’s like flying in a private jet… you’re ruined for life once you really know and experience how a virtual assistant really works as an extension of who you are as a leader.

BusinessInterviews.com:  Do you consider yourself successful and by what means do you measure?

Bryan:  I am successful because I see evidence everywhere that we are serving our clients, virtual assistants, and employees very well. The money and profits follows the leader who is committed to serving others well. Metrics are important, and we have a TON of them but, at the end of the day… it is about people, their lives, and serving someone besides yourself. I go to bed many nights knowing we are making a difference on a global scale because we are serving leaders and people really well.

BusinessInterviews.com:  How do your competitors view you?

Bryan:  I like them. They bring awareness to our industry. This is a tough industry and it is still in its infancy in many ways. So, I welcome competition. I know how hard it is to run this business and so I respect the owners and executives that run these companies. In fact, we have become friends with several business owners in our space out of pure and simple respect.

BusinessInterviews.com:  What advice do you have for other entrepreneurs and business owners? What do you wish someone told you?

Bryan:  Own your business. Don’t run your business. Empower your leaders and let them run your business. In many instances, they are more qualified than you to address the daily business challenges. If you want your business to stay small, keep running your business.
